We're seeking an ambitious professional to join our Radiology team. As a Business Manager, you'll be responsible for promoting our portfolio of devices and digital solutions to customers in public and private radiology settings.

Your key objectives will include growing and maintaining the business through customer relationship management, managing capital sales and contrast media processes in public and private healthcare sectors, and providing comprehensive market feedback to the company.

Some of your specific duties will include:

  • Promoting Bayer Radiology product portfolio of devices, contrast media and Digital and informatics solutions to customers
  • Growing and maintaining the business by undertaking customer relationship management, management of capital sales and contrast media processes in public and private healthcare sectors
  • Analysing territory for business opportunities and executing marketing plans
  • Developing and building strong customer relationships at KOL facilities
  • Presenting and representing the company at trade shows, customer events and user group meetings
  • Maintaining use of CRM and digital marketing tools and daily reporting
  • Complying with all regulatory, compliance, post market surveillance and operational process guidelines

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree qualification in a scientific or medical field
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of radiology informatics and digital solutions is highly regarded
  • The ability and willingness to travel
  • High-level presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with, influence and educate a range of clinical stakeholders
  • A high level of motivation and ability to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base
  • The ability to meet objectives while operating autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and focus on contributing to wider organisational outcomes
  • The ability to work flexibly with competing priorities and deadlines and maintain strong internal relationships to support business activities
