We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our North Brisbane/Sunshine Coast team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a crucial liaison between our Qscan clinics in Redcliffe, North Lakes, Maroochydore and Mackay, and our network of General Practitioners, Specialists, and Allied Health referrers.
What you'll do:
- Engage with Passion: Confidently communicate the value of Qscan's diagnostic services to GPs, specialists, allied health practitioners, and other referral sources.
- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute territory plans aligned with business goals. Analyse referral trends and provide market insights to management and clinic leaders.
- Lead Marketing Initiatives: Take charge of marketing efforts - including social media and other platforms, with support from our expert marketing team.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, long-term partnerships between Qscan clinic staff and referral networks to drive growth and collaboration.
*What we're looking for:*
- Proven experience engaging with clinical staff such as GPs, specialists, and allied health practitioners.
- A solid understanding of medical services and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
- Initiative to identify market needs and implement actionable plans.
- A track record of achieving business results through sales and relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain both internal and external relationships.
- Clinical background or experience in Radiology is highly advantageous.
