About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to take on the role of Centre Leadership. As Assistant Director, you will play a key role in building a positive and welcoming culture within our Centre.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING strong relationships with our team, children, and families, creating a sense of community and connection.
  • Collaborating with the team to turn feedback into action, bringing innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Taking the lead with initiative, motivation, and flexibility, approaching every task with a proactive mindset.
  • Exhibiting a warm, compassionate leadership style, demonstrating exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check.
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
  • A current Child Protection Training certificate.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director (preferably).
  • Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms).
