Project Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers’ build journeys. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Team to drive files through the pre-construction workflow.

Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience by managing a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Commencement of Construction. You will establish clear expectations with customers, set realistic timelines, and maintain open communication throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Setting clear expectations and communicating effectively with customers
  • Establishing a strong rapport with customers through regular progress updates
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives
  • Identifying and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A passion for building and construction, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry
