About the Roles:- Contract Manager Officer (Data Administration)
- Procurement and Contract Administrators
This role plays a key part in ensuring procurement activities are efficient, transparent, and compliant with Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
Key Responsibilities:Contract Manager Officer:- Supporting contract administration activities, such as monitoring deliverables and records.
- Ensuring compliance with CPRs and agency policies.
- Providing administrative support to the procurement team.
- Leading low to medium complexity procurement processes.
- Drafting and negotiating contract terms.
- Providing advice on procurement strategy and risk management.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to capability development initiatives.
- Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Experience with procurement systems is desirable.
- Classification: APS5 or APS6
- Work type: Labour hire arrangement
- Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
- Contract Term: 22 September 2025 – 30 September 2026 (with possible extension)
- Location: Canberra, ACT
- Security Clearance: Obtainable
