Strategic Governance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Governance Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of governance frameworks, and the ability to drive change within an organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the redevelopment of governance frameworks and methodologies with a risk-based approach.
- Refine and oversee the change request process and controls.
- Review and maintain governance standards, templates, and artefacts for consistency and alignment.
- Facilitate workshops to co-design and revise delivery framework components.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables and outputs.
- Support continuous improvement of governance processes, tools, and templates.
- Analyse portfolio performance trends and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate documentation and inputs for governance forums and gate reviews.
- Prior experience leading the uplift of EPMO/ Central PMO frameworks.
- Proven experience in EPMO or PMO roles with a strong understanding of governance and assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement risk-based governance frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation standards.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Familiarity with Clarizen, Confluence (Oscar), MSP, PMBOK, and P3O frameworks.
