Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Process Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will support the Manager, Business Process & Analysis Practice in leading process governance and assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate process governance frameworks/procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the organization
  • Define and maintain process ownership structures within the enterprise
  • Ensure alignment of processes with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage a centralized repository of process documentation for easy access and updates
  • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and risk assessments to identify process non-compliance and inefficiencies
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address process gaps
  • Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and operational risk requirements are met
  • Provide guidance and support to process owners and teams on governance policies and standards
  • Facilitate training and awareness sessions to promote process compliance and best practices
  • Streamline the process 'front door' to ensure seamless documentation of new or updated processes
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
  • Previous experience working in or with risk and compliance - a sound knowledge of operational risk management
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite (including Visio, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Project, and Teams)
  • Intermediate in data analytics/reporting/insights capability
  • Expert with Lean Sigma/DMAIC
