Repair Centre Lead

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Melbourne-based collision repair centre.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading teams, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality repair outcomes. A strong understanding of operational and financial site management is essential for this role.

  • End-to-end workshop operations and production schedules will be managed by the successful applicant.
  • Accuracy of quotes and efficiency of parts management are crucial to achieving consistently high repair quality.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and work providers through professional service is also key to success.
  • Tracking KPIs and job costings will be necessary to maintain site profitability and achieve financial targets.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a team of 14 skilled professionals to promote a collaborative, high-performing work culture will be a primary responsibility.
  • Rigorous WHS procedures must be upheld, and risks proactively managed to provide a safe workplace.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this position, applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership ability and people management prowess.
  • Prior experience as a Centre or Workshop Manager, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • A solutions-focused approach and drive to boost team performance.
  • Strong communication and organisational aptitude.
  • In-depth understanding of operational and financial site management.
