Job Description

Leadership and Team Management: As a leader within the automotive sector, you'll demonstrate your ability to prioritise, manage & motivate production team members. This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to ensure safe, efficient and effective functioning of the repair centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise production workflow through team coordination.
  • Ensure quality repairs are completed on time according to scope.
  • Coach and develop team to enhance capability and productivity.
  • Verify correct completion of repairs at each stage and finalise QA sign-off.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Foster key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Previous collision repair experience in a leadership capacity (minimum 2 years). Qualification in panel beating or spray painting is highly desirable.
