Childcare Centre Manager Position

Overview:

Job Description:

As a Childcare Centre Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring that children receive the highest level of care and attention at all times. You will work closely with your team to create a stimulating environment that fosters children's development and provides support for families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise children at all times in accordance with regulations
- Attend to children's physical and emotional wellbeing by responding to and comforting them
- Assist with observations, individual and group programming
- Assist with the day-to-day functioning of the centre, ensuring children are your core focus
- Create a nurturing environment to promote children's growth and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant work experience in childcare or a related field
- Cert IV/Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Working with Children Check
- Work rights in Australia
- National Police Clearance
- First Aid/CPR qualifications
