We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Centre Manager, leading and developing a team of Childcare Educators and Teachers. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operation of our childcare centre, ensuring high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for:

  • Staffing and budget management
  • Communication with parents and stakeholders
  • Coaching, mentoring, and performance management of Childcare Educators and Teachers
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
  • Maintaining safety and well-being of all children, adhering to policies and procedures
  • Fostering a positive culture promoting teamwork and respect for diversity

Our Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • ACECQA-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including a leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
