We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Clinical Director to lead our Sydney region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of veterinary services across multiple clinics in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional veterinary care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, client satisfaction, and overall clinic performance.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Area Managers, and other Regional Clinical Directors to drive high standards of care and best practices.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop veterinarians and staff within the region.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and technology.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and registration to practice in New South Wales.
  • Proven leadership experience in a veterinary setting, with a track record of successful team management.
  • Advanced skills in small animal surgery, particularly in orthopaedic surgery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering excellent veterinary care and driving continuous improvement.
  • Innovative mindset and ability to adapt to the evolving veterinary industry.
