Koorie Liaison Team Leader

The Koorie Liaison Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving Chisholm Institute of TAFE's commitment to cultural inclusivity and student success.
About the RoleThis senior position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and review of Koorie Student Support Programs. The successful candidate will design and deliver holistic support services, engaging with students from pre-enrolment through to graduation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of Koorie Student Support Officers to provide tailored support strategies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen cultural inclusivity and student retention
- Representing Chisholm in external forums and partnerships, promoting Aboriginal perspectives
We seek a highly motivated individual with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or substantial experience working with Aboriginal communities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Aboriginal culture and established connections with local communities
- Experience designing and implementing wellbeing programs/initiatives
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
