About The Role: Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant and equipment.

Your responsibilities will include operating a range of plant and equipment, performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks, monitoring plant performance, and contributing to daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate front-end loaders, water trucks, HR dump trucks, forklifts, light vehicles, and bobcats.
  • Perform regular plant inspections and equipment checks to identify issues and maintain operational readiness.
  • Monitor plant performance using trends and measurements to support production targets and process optimization.
  • Complete daily plant reporting and accurately document operational data.
  • Collaborate effectively with processing teams and supporting departments to ensure safe and consistent operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a minerals processing or heavy industrial environment.
  • Exposure to control room operations within a processing plant.
  • Valid licenses to operate heavy machinery.
