Process Operations Specialist

As a Refinery Process Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of processing equipment. Your tasks will include loading, unloading, and movement of waste streams on site, transferring waste from collection containers, conducting waste sample analysis, diagnosing faults in plant and equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean work site.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating and monitoring processing equipment
- Loading, unloading and movement of waste streams on site
- Transferring waste from collection containers
- Conducting waste sample analysis
- Diagnosing faults in plant and equipment
- Maintaining efficient plant operations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work site
- A great attitude with a willingness to learn
- Operate and monitor refinery processes and raw materials
- Start up and shut down processes of the refinery and pretreatment operations
- Complete paperwork, data entry and records, issue work permits
- Proficient in Maths and English
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
- Chemical handling favourable
- Forklift licence
