Financial Operations Manager

The role of a Senior Financial Strategist revolves around fostering collaboration between commercial and group finance departments. This position focuses on driving financial performance, providing strategic insights for informed decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Country Head to offer expert financial guidance and strategic direction on growth, profitability, and business performance.
- Develop partnerships with external sales teams and manage relationships effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive budget forecasts for the APAC market and engage in collaborative forecasting and planning sessions with delivery heads, market leads, and FBP's to optimise results.
- Promote engagement and deliver actionable commercial insights to the local team.
- Provide regular, accurate weekly reports and appraise investment opportunities.
- Lead a team of 3 in delivering local finance operations across the APAC region.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g CPA, CA).
- Proven leadership experience in finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial control, financial modelling, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
- Strong leadership and financial acumen skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software applications.
