Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in leading a multi-disciplined group and working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to expand your finance skills across different business units, enhance your people management capacity, and work in a future-focused and people-centric environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation of process changes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Management of reporting deadlines for statutory and regulatory reports
- Review of statutory accounts for subsidiaries
- Drive continuous improvement
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience in the regulatory reporting space, strong technical accounting knowledge, and ideally be CA/CPA qualified. Banking or Retail Baking experience is essential.
