We are seeking a highly skilled technician to join our team as a Restoration Review Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing building costs and negotiating with suppliers to minimize claims cost.
As a key member of our team, you will be required to communicate effectively with suppliers, internal claims teams, and supplier relationship teams. You must also have the ability to review scopes of work and supplier quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:- Minimise claims cost by effectively reviewing building cost and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers
- Communicate with suppliers, internal claims team and supplier relationship team
- Timely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of restoration best practice
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification
- Skills in preparing a scope of works
