Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality medical opinions that are accurate, timely and insightful. This will involve reviewing specialist medical reports to facilitate informed decision-making regarding an individual's health and work outcomes.

This position requires close collaboration with a team to ensure the delivery of quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in facilitating training sessions
  • Peer-to-peer support
  • Documenting process, procedure and customer guidelines
  • Updating knowledge management systems with quality information
  • Quality assurance transformation project work
  • Learning and Development - assisting with revised training material
  • Attend monthly technical and training meetings
  • Develop and maintain required competency standards within a quality review framework
  • Ensure currency of knowledge and skills of customer and legislative framework requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years quality assurance experience
  • Experience in training delivery and developing training guidelines and presentations or ability to learn with coaching
  • Experience in writing training and procedure guidelines (desirable)
  • Experience in transformation projects or process improvement initiatives (desirable)
  • Exceptionally well-developed emotional and social intelligence
  • Natural orientation to customer service with problem-solving skills
  • Efficient, productive and focused with high attention to detail
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influencing skills
  • Resilient personality with a positive attitude towards challenges and working with others
