Scaffolding Manager Job Description">

We are seeking a Scaffolding Manager to join our Environmental Services customer stream.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing scaffolding projects, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment Standards.

This is an autonomous role, where you will plan your week to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role:
  • Determine suitable scaffolding systems for different construction sites.
  • Review scaffolding drawings, conduct surveys, and oversee daily operations.
  • Develop quotations for scaffolding projects, including commercial buildings, civil works, demolition, and decommissioning projects.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established targets.
  • Analyse variances and implement corrective actions to control expenses and maintain profitability.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
  • Cultivate a positive culture within the Scaffolding team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, engineers, subcontractors, and others to determine project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
About You:
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the scaffolding industry.
  • Proven experience as a Scaffolding Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering scaffolding projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Strong estimating skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and priorities tasks effectively from initiation to completion.
