Building Construction Specialist

- Assist with on-site assessments to determine ducting work requirements using standard tools to gather necessary data.
- Inspect work and materials for compliance with regulations, specifications, and standards.
- Support coordination and supervision of subcontractors and other trades involved in ducting-related tasks.
- Prepare and revise plans and specifications requiring works.
- Conduct site measurements, moisture surveys and take photographic evidence which will be uploaded to our workflow management system.
- Interpret ducting plans, codes, and best practice guidelines to support compliance.
- Work with the project team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of ducting services and related systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Process survey data, plans and models using industry-standard software.
- Calculate costs and estimate time scales and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Relevant vocational qualifications will be highly regarded.
