- Safety Leadership: Ensuring shutdown and construction activities comply with QLD/SA safety regulations, industry standards, and policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring shutdown and construction activities adhere to QLD/SA regulatory framework, including welding standards, QA/QC, environmental regulations, land access rules, and other relevant permissions.
- Team Management: Overseeing and leading the execution teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and efficient task delegation.
- Budget Management: Monitoring project and shutdown expenses to ensure they remain within allocated limits.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of site-execution contact for all project stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing quality control processes to ensure that all construction activities meet or exceed industry standards.
