Strategic Support Role

This strategic support role provides high-level assistance to senior executives, driving continuous improvement in executive administration and governance systems.

You will work closely with influential leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting CEOs or Mayors in complex environments, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level, confidential support to senior executives.
  • Coordinate ELT operations – meetings, governance calendars, actions, and outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Executive Assistants.
  • Drive improvements to executive workflows, systems, and internal processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience supporting CEOs or Mayors in complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Natural organiser with attention to detail and advanced Microsoft 365/SharePoint skills.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar qualification.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
