Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Liaison

This role will serve as a strategic interface between HR and operational teams, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management within the project to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
  • Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
