Human Resources Manager

Jesuit Social Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team for a 12-month period. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's policies and processes are effective and compliant with relevant legislation.
This is a full-time role, with part-time considered, based at our Central Office in Richmond. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of our organization's human resources strategy.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Provide advice and support to management and staff on human resources matters
- Manage industrial relations and employee relations
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Contribute to the development of our organization's human resources strategy
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field
- Relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of human resources legislation and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
