- HR Business Consulting: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Talent Management: Design and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with leaders to identify and address organizational development needs, including change management, process improvement, and cultural transformation.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership, talent management, and organizational development.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders; strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
- Competitive Salary: $119,000 to $133,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time).
