Key ResponsibilitiesIdeate and execute a compelling franchise strategy that supports long-term expansion. Translate insights into action and adjust course as needed to stay ahead of market shifts.
Inspire and empower teams with clear goals and shared accountability. Strengthen team capability in areas such as digital & data analysis, manage structure and headcount, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Own Commercial Outcomes: Take full responsibility for performance metrics, budgets, and resource allocation. Apply strong financial acumen to optimise outcomes and support strategic priorities.
Scan the Environment & Respond to Change: Analyse market activity and trends to inform strategic adjustments.

Awareness of external benchmarks and competitor positioning.
Advanced degree in business, science, or healthcare (MBA preferred).
