Your Role Overview
In this dynamic full or part-time position, you will report directly to the Nursing Regional Manager, becoming a vital member of our expanding team. This newly established role focuses on improving health outcomes for our clients.
As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, you will lead clinical management and coordination, working in partnership with aged-care facilities. We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent role that offers flexibility. Your primary responsibilities will be based in aged care facilities, with occasional travel required to conduct clinical assessments and fulfill other duties.
In this essential position, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, supported by the Nursing Regional Manager and administrative staff. The successful candidate will also engage in business development activities to enhance our resident base. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, and while experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
