Primary Care Specialist

About the role:

  • You will conduct comprehensive medical assessments for young people aged 12–25, develop and implement individualized care plans, and address physical and mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, receiving clinical supervision and tailored administrative support.

About you:

  • AHPRA-registered GP with relevant qualifications and experience in youth and/or mental health.
  • Skilled in evidence-based treatment and multidisciplinary collaboration, with strong communication and care coordination abilities.
