Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments for patients, identifying physical and mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Receive ongoing supervision and administrative support to ensure optimal performance.

About You:

  • AHPRA-registered medical professional with relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Proven expertise in youth and/or mental health, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
