Service Supervisor Role

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced service professional to take on a leadership position within our team and contribute to driving business growth.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A relevant trade certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, including engine overhauls and major repairs
  • Proven supervisory/management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop their team
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of the design and function of John Deere and Vermeer equipment

As a Service Supervisor at RDO Equipment, you will be responsible for:

  • Assigning jobs and work areas to service technicians according to their skills and knowledge
  • Managing performance, absence and gaps in technician skill set
  • Proactively seeking customer feedback, anticipating problems and responding promptly
  • Reviewing repair work orders for accuracy and completeness concerning parts, materials and labor
