Fleet Equipment Maintenance Controller Role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Equipment Maintenance Controller to oversee the preventative maintenance and servicing of our equipment fleet, ensuring key performance objectives are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficiency of preventative maintenance and servicing of rental equipment fleet
  • Determine and manage cost-effective major repairs to equipment fleet
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on equipment performance for suitability to the Rental fleet
  • Ensure warranty claims and service costs align with business requirements
  • Maintain a contamination control culture
  • Promote safety awareness in line with company objectives

About You

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Relevant trade qualification (Diesel Mechanic or similar)
  • Seasoned experience in a similar role and industry
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical understanding/comprehension of CAT products and services
  • Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain business relationships
  • Commitment to safety
