**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Sales Executive to join our team. As a Group Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and travel agents, as well as managing all group business from initial inquiry to guest check-in.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and travel agents through exceptional customer service and communication.
- Manage all group bookings and reservations, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software, such as Sihot and Ivvy, is a plus.
