We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our Centralised Sales Team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accor Apartments & Realty sales performance team. Your primary duties will include coordinating sales activation activities, reporting requirements, and collating required documentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of sales administration and support for the department
  • Supporting the A&L sales team through the RFP and RFI process in quotes and administration
  • Collating sales performance data and reporting requirements to assist the Sales Performance team in strategic decision making
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client history to support the Sales Performance team
  • Preparing presentations and reports as required for the Apartments & Realty sales team
  • Assisting with sales footprints and supporting business development needs
  • Acting as a central point of contact for all Apartments & Realty sales team members within the region, as well as clients and suppliers
  • Distributing correspondence on behalf of the Director to key stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings for the Apartments & Realty Sales Performance team, including agenda setting and minute taking
  • Purchasing and managing orders and invoices for the Commercial Sales team
  • Coordinating all commercial sales initiatives and projects as directed
  • Receiving, responding to, or forwarding all enquiries through the commercial Sales office

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative position
  • Experience within hotel operations highly regarded
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Knowledge of sales force tools preferred
