Job Title:

P2P Process Transformation Lead

As a P2P Process Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for standardising and enhancing our Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes across the organisation. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient and compliant processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance compliance.
  • Develop and maintain centralised process repositories to ensure visibility and control.
  • Align process frameworks with global standards and governance requirements.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead training and change management initiatives to embed new processes and promote continuous improvement.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in P2P processes, preferably in FMCG, with strong design and governance expertise. Additionally, they should possess working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio, as well as skills in automation and digital transformation.
