Procurement Process Transformation Specialist

The successful candidate will lead the standardisation and enhancement of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes across business units and ERP systems.
- Drive operational excellence and process optimisation by leading training and change management, embedding new processes and supporting continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights, aligning frameworks with global process owners and governance standards.
- Standardise and implement P2P processes across ERPs and sites, maintaining a governed, version-controlled central process repository.

Requirements:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of process excellence methodologies and tools.
- Experience in training and change management.
