As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategy and execution for the Service team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Call Centre Representatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service call center, ensuring operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
- Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role, with 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Experience with performance management, reviews, and goal settings is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
