Aged Care Facility Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to take on a challenging role as a Facility Manager in our dynamic aged care organisation.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services to residents.

  • Lead a team of dedicated staff members to ensure the provision of person-centred care that meets the needs of our residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of care and services offered at our facility.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A current police check and driver's licence.
