Here's a snapshot of your day:
- To oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across the Client's sites within the contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.
- To liaise with the various client contacts and build strong working relationships
- To maintain and update all CBRE vendor Statutory and Non-Statutory Compliance records and documentation as required.
- To manage the financial, administrative and commercial aspects of the contract such as raising PO's and assist vendors with Coupa platform and training as required.
- To prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team.
- To support the mail room as required including cover front of house occasionally as required.
- Support with kitchen duties including arranging supplies, re-stocking of kitchen needs and keeping space clean.
Skills and experience
- Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
- Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment.
- Exposure in facilities management
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook
