About The RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position within the Facilities team, based at the Moruya Administration Office. This role is responsible for coordinating the maintenance and construction of buildings on Council owned and/or controlled land, ensuring safe and healthy public buildings.

About YouOur ideal candidate will be a competent and professional leader with extensive experience in the management of facilities, building assets and relevant maintenance projects. You will contribute strong organisational support and a positive, improvement-driven attitude. You will possess high-level communication and collaboration skills and should clearly demonstrate the following in your response to the selection criteria:
- Experience in the supervision of staff and delegating high-priority tasks.
- Proficiency working to specific work schedules and meeting strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge base in the development of tender documents and project management.
The Eurobodalla Shire is located on Yuin Country on the far south coast of NSW and offers an enviable coastal lifestyle with access to Canberra and Sydney. It includes beaches, bushlands, rivers and mountains, with a large area of open space, parks and forests, and a diverse community.
What We Offer- 35 hours per week for administrative staff and 38 hours per week for operational staff.
