About The Role

This is a permanent, full-time position within the Facilities team, based at the Moruya Administration Office. This role is responsible for coordinating the maintenance and construction of buildings on Council owned and/or controlled land, ensuring safe and healthy public buildings.

The starting salary for this position is $93,585.69 per annum plus 12% superannuation. To view the salary information and prerequisites, please view the Position Description.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be a competent and professional leader with extensive experience in the management of facilities, building assets and relevant maintenance projects. You will contribute strong organisational support and a positive, improvement-driven attitude. You will possess high-level communication and collaboration skills and should clearly demonstrate the following in your response to the selection criteria:

  • Experience in the supervision of staff and delegating high-priority tasks.
  • Proficiency working to specific work schedules and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge base in the development of tender documents and project management.
About Us
