Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to advance our market share and strengthen our position within the home care service sector in Victoria and beyond.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the planning and coordination of direct care services, ensuring they support the strategic direction of the organization and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a remote team of direct care staff, providing support and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Reporting and Quality: Coordinate the collection and collation of data, meet internal and external reporting timeframes, and provide high-quality reports to facilitate proactive management.
  • Risk Management: Apply the organization's Risk Management Framework to identify, evaluate, and minimize risk exposure for areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Health Management, Aged Care, Community Services, or related service industry management experience.
  • Registration/Licenses: Victorian driver's license, Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
  • Essential Criteria: At least two years previous business unit management experience, Business acumen and strategic mindset to grow and develop the business, Ability to motivate a team to deliver growth targets.
