The Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Regional Victoria. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews to ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a trade-based Supervisor
  • Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter
  • Maintenance and shut down experience preferred
  • Effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
  • A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
