Job Profile

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the financial operations of an organization and contributes to its success and sustainability.

The finance leader will develop and implement the financial strategy and operational plans, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities.

  • Effective decision-making and commercial acumen for the organization.
  • Experience in financial management, accounting, management accounting, and statutory, taxation and audit compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, industry standards, and associated practices.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the finance team effectively.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies and operational plans.
  • Ensuring alignment with company strategic priorities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including directors and external parties.
Requirements
  • Extensive expertise in financial management, accounting, management accounting, and statutory, taxation and audit compliance.
  • Experience in civil construction, infrastructure or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support change and develop people and teams to improve capability.
  • Expertise in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting (intermediate to advanced).
