Key to the success of our organisation is a skilled finance leader who can drive financial management, accounting and statutory compliance. We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and facilitate delivery of financial strategies and operational plans
  • Provide effective leadership of the Finance Department and contribute to company success
  • Ensure alignment to strategic priorities through informed decision making and commercial acumen

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Experience in strategic planning, organisational governance and risk management
  • Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial thinking
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in supporting change and developing people and teams
  • Expertise in MS Office and ERP systems

This role is ideally suited for someone with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment. We welcome applications from experienced Finance Directors based in Queensland.
