Job Title: Building Facilities and Projects Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Facilities and Projects Officer to join our team at Chandler Macleod. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Local Council in Sydney, managing building maintenance and building services to ensure functional, safe, and convenient premises and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage building maintenance and building services to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation, codes, policies, and procedures.
  • Professional project management of capital works to ensure programs and projects meet Council quality, time, and cost targets.
  • Provide a professional facility management service to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, codes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building Construction, Facilities Management, or Buildings Asset Management.
  • Experience in Construction Project Management, Capital Works Projects, Facilities Maintenance, and Asset Management.
  • Local Government experience is highly desirable, with NSW State Government also considered.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination.
  • Drivers Licence.
