Job Title:

Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming the way clients manage their workforce. As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and configure solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Define project goals, assess client needs, and create project plans.
  • Client Education: Conduct training sessions, provide resources, and offer ongoing guidance.
  • Solution Development: Customise Humanforce's Talent platform to meet client requirements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure functionality and integration through rigorous testing.
  • Integration and Support: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Humanforce with client systems and address issues.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and gather feedback.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and generate progress reports.
  • Process Improvement: Propose improvements to processes to maintain consistency and quality across implementations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience working in workforce management or human resource consulting, and expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems or Talent Management systems.
