The Opportunity

We are looking for Design Managers to join us in Sydney, working across Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical disciplines.

You'll build on your experience in water and wastewater design for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs and water facilities.

  • Lead multi-discipline design teams and deliver high-quality design outputs.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage project delivery, achieving client satisfaction.
  • Manage Engineering governance processes related to the design.

About You

As a Chartered Professional Engineer, you'll have a bachelor's engineering degree in the relevant discipline and gained a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, focusing on water utilities/water treatment, industry standards and best practices.

Strong technical writing skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders. Highly organised with excellent technical and communication skills, you'll lead and mentor a team, driving successful project outcomes.
