Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager with 7 years of experience working in an Australian Accounting Firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, providing strategic financial advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their business and personal finances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior accountants, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting practices, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
  • Assist clients with business planning and growth strategies, helping them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex financial information to clients.
  • Proactively manage and drive team workflow efficiently, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • 7 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Xero, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
