Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Suncorp Group is looking for a motivated and compassionate professional to join our Workers Compensation Claims team in a role where your work truly matters.
You'll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and play a key role in supporting people through challenging times.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Darwin, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers
- Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements in accordance with the Return to Work Act 1986 (NT)
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
- Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
- Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support
What You'll Bring
- A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills – you know how to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations
- The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded
- Allied Health background? That's a bonus
