What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers.
  • Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements in accordance with the Return to Work Act 1986 (NT).
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders.
  • Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support.
What You'll Bring
  • A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills – listening, engagement, and effective issue resolution.
  • A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations.
  • The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions.
  • Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded.
  • Allied Health background is a bonus.
